Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, and include all original parts and manuals.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your box over any old shipping labels.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
